My sister and I loved being there. the breakfast was savoury and superb. Its location was ideal, central to the local area.

It was as expected, had a very comfortable stay on our last visit. The location offered was excellent and incredible close to surrounding areas, and 7 beaches.

That's a stunningly beautiful place when visiting Padstow for a couple of nights. Its location is marvellous just next door to all beaches as well as Padstow as well as Newquay. There is café Nins Tea Rooms, set 500 metres walk away.

The location is wonderful, close to Rick Stein's pub, several beaches, and a fast-food restaurant just a 5-minute walk away.

The rooms were spotless and huge. the bed was very comfortable. - the location was incredible, close to local beaches and two nice pubs.

Beth and John were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even lent us their residents' pass for free access to tourist sites. the breakfasts were exquisite, with a wide variety of high-quality options. the attention to detail in the house was exceptional, including blackout blinds for a peaceful night's sleep. the location was perfect, with pubs, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance.

The warm and friendly welcome from the hosts was one of the best aspects of our stay. They provided us with plenty of useful details about the area and things to do and see, making it easier for us to explore the nearby beaches and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, giving us ample privacy and a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the ironing board and walk-in wardrobe in the room.

The non-paved bendy and narrow lanes to the local beaches would have been a disadvantage if we had walked there since it would be a little dangerous. We had not anticipated this and had to use our car more than we had planned.
